This past weekend, September 7, 2024, Bucket List Dreams paid for a group of our nations finest... US Veterans to participate in a Pheasant Hunt at the Ringneck Ranch, Hanover, MI. A great time was had by all. We had the chance to hunt birds, share stories, have some laughs and we had FUN!!! "Fun" is why BLD exists. And as always, the Ringneck Ranch supplied an absolutely fantastic steak dinner. All of these Veterans are now members of the "Bucket LIst Brotherhood" and will enjoy the benefits moving forward. Our golf outing was even bigger and more exciting than last year. We had bigger prizes, sensational raffles, additional participants, tougher competitions.

During the week of September 1st, Bucket List Dreams participated in the Purple Heart Hunt at the famous Legends Ranch by sponsoring Medal of Honor winner, Jim "Doc" McCloughan and his son, Jamie McCloughan

Double K Bass Ranch held their annual fishing tournament. This year they pledged the proceeds to the BLD charity. It was our first experience with Kevin Koveck and his team. They put on a great event and the fishing was unlike anything we have experienced. I don’t think a single person fishing was skunked. There where all kinds of fishing styles from shore to wader drifting. The photos just don’t do justice to the spread or the fishing.

This was a Veteran helping veteran helping veteran event. The Food from Smokey Jims BBQ was donated to the tournament by a veteran owned business. Double K is a veteran owned business with all proceeds going directly to BLD charity.

We can not thank everyone who help make this a huge success!!

Well coffee is on food is prepped. Prizes are set. Basement and everybody’s already on the water and use that. If you’re coming out here, we’ve already got a 4.2 pound bass recorded for the week? Going to be a great day for Double K and Veterans Bucket List Dreams for Veterans Holy crap yeah!

Second Announcement
The Double K Bass Ranch fishing tournament had all ages, fishing styles and methods. And everyone pulled out great bass. They competed from 5:30 AM till 1:00 PM. The photos Show the whole story and stiff competition we had at the charity event.
